1. Regarding Glue
The repair glue is a flammable and explosive liquid. Due to courier company requirements, glue is not included by default in shipments. Please note this. If glue is needed, be sure to contact customer service to note it for shipping together with the paddle board. If customer service is not contacted and glue is needed later, the cost of the glue and shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. Please note this.
2. Regarding Storage
After using the paddle board, rinse and dry its surface, fold it and store it in a cool, dry place. Before use in winter, leave it at room temperature for 24 hours before inflating to prevent cracks and air leakage at the folded parts due to low temperatures.
3. Regarding Color Difference
All product pictures are taken on-site by photographers. Slight color difference caused by factors such as light and monitors is normal.
4. Regarding Size
The paddle board is a handcrafted product. A size deviation of ±2 cm is within the normal allowable range and is not considered a quality defect.
5. Regarding Signing for Receipt
Please open the package and inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If there is damage or missing items, take photos for evidence first, then contact the courier and customer service for handling. Before using the product, inflate it and leave it for 24 hours to check for air leakage. Only use it in water after confirming there is no problem.
6. Regarding Warranty
The paddle boards and accessories in this store come with a one-year warranty. If the product itself has quality issues affecting normal use within the warranty period, provide relevant proof and contact customer service for handling. Damage caused by improper personal operation or storage, as well as minor blemishes within industry standards, are not covered by the warranty.
